Bergamo Pride 2026: dates, events, information

Bergamo Pride 2026 takes a different approach to the calendar this year, moving its march to Saturday, May 16, to coincide with the eve of the International Day Against Homolesbobitransphobia and to avoid the intense summer heat that has made June marches increasingly difficult for many participants.

This year's theme, Queer Resistance and Now, frames Pride explicitly as an act of political visibility and collective defiance at a time when LGBTQ+ rights across Europe are facing renewed pressure.

Organised entirely by volunteers, Bergamo Pride is an independent, grassroots event with a strong activist identity, open to anyone who shares its values of inclusion, anti-fascism and solidarity.
