TITANIC Comfort Kurfurstendamm

This is now Centro Hotel Kurfürstendamm. It's within short walking distance of all of the gay bars, and if you're a serious shopper, all the big label shops are just up the street. The hotel is extremely quiet; you might hear a siren from the street, but that's about it. I'm not sure if you can bring guests to your room. The reception desk is directly across and a few steps from the front door, so you're not likely to walk in without being noticed. The staff I've encountered have been pleasant but not in-your-face friendly and cheerful. A buffet-style breakfast is available each morning, and it offers a nice assortment of cold and hot foods and breads. If breakfast is not included in your nightly rate, the cost is 12.90 at the time of this review. There are lots of reasonable coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
