Milano Pride returns throughout June 2026, marking its 25th anniversary with a month-long programme of events across the city. One of Italy's largest LGBTQIA+ celebrations, Milano Pride brings together hundreds of thousands of people for cultural events, community gatherings, political discussion and the annual Pride parade.
The 2026 edition holds particular significance, marking 25 years since the first Milano Pride took place in June 2001. What began as a demonstration for visibility and equality has grown into one of Milan's largest public events, attracting participants from across Italy and beyond.
The celebrations culminate on Saturday, 27 June 2026, when the Milano Pride Parade returns to the streets before a large closing event at Arco della Pace.

The Milano Pride Parade takes place on Saturday, 27 June 2026.
Participants will gather from 3:30pm along Via Vittorio Pisani near Milano Centrale railway station. The parade is scheduled to depart at 4:00pm, travelling through the city towards Arco della Pace.
Organisers expect around 350,000 people to take part in this year's march.
The parade is expected to arrive at Arco della Pace at approximately 6:30pm, where speeches from LGBTQIA+ organisations, activists and community representatives will take place. The celebrations continue into the evening with live entertainment, music and community events, running until around 1:00am.

Pride Festival
Milano Pride is more than a single-day event. Throughout June, theatres, public squares, parks and cultural venues across the city host talks, presentations, performances, film screenings, music events and community discussions.
The programme also includes collaborations with QPride, helping bring Pride events and LGBTQIA+ initiatives into neighbourhoods across Milan.
